WordPress website maintenance, handled all year
Monitoring, backups, updates, and licences, handled for you all year. Renews each year until you cancel, and the site and domain stay yours either way.
Two maintenance plans, one invoice a year
Both plans keep the site updated, licensed, and backed up. Your team makes the edits, and any edit you want done for you is priced per request.
Site Care Basic
For sites that need to stay updated, backed up, and online.
Site Care Pro
For sites the business depends on, with security monitoring and a firewall.
Your domain stays yours
The domain is set up in your own account, whichever plan you choose.
Hosting, if you want it
Host with Unsurmeta from RM 840 a year, and move to your own hosting at any time, with no exit fee.
Moves handled for you
A move to a standard WordPress host is free. A custom server setup is priced first.
Site Care compared with running the site yourself
Once a WordPress site is live, it needs regular work and a few yearly payments to stay online and safe. The choice is who does that work, and what it costs.

| Updates | Your own time | Included | Included |
| Backups | By your host | Weekly | Daily |
| Uptime checks | Your own time | Every hour | Every 5 minutes |
| Security and vulnerability monitoring, firewall, and malware scanning | Your own time | Not included | Included |

| Paid by you on every plan | |||
| Hosting | RM 300–1,200 | RM 300–1,200 | RM 300–1,200 |
| Domain | RM 55–135 | RM 55–135 | RM 55–135 |
| Total per year | RM 1,255–3,685 | RM 3,775–4,755 | RM 6,175–7,155 |
Apart from the Site Care prices, the figures are typical market prices. Domains and software are set up in your own accounts and billed to you directly. On Site Care, the premium plugin and theme licences are Unsurmeta’s, and the plan covers them. Hosting from Unsurmeta is extra, from RM 840 a year.
What website maintenance covers
The routine work that keeps a site fast, safe, and up to date, without anyone on your team having to remember it.
Uptime monitoring
The site is checked every hour, or every 5 minutes on Pro, and downtime is flagged as soon as a check finds it.
Automatic backups
A full copy of the site and its content, stored separately and ready to restore.
Updates and licences
WordPress, theme, and plugin updates applied, then the site is checked. Licences are renewed on time.
Security, on Pro
Vulnerability monitoring, a firewall, and malware scanning for the sites that need them.
Speed checks
Load times tracked, and slow pages flagged in the monthly report.
Monthly report
A report on what ran, what changed, and anything worth your attention.
A steady rhythm, all year
Most of it runs quietly in the background. You hear about it in a monthly report, or straight away if something needs your attention.
Watched
Uptime is checked every hour, or every 5 minutes on Pro. Pro sites are backed up each day.
Backed up
Basic sites are backed up each week.
Reported
A report on uptime, updates, backups, and speed.
Updated
Updates and security patches applied, then the site is checked.
Clear about what sits outside it
Anything outside the plan is priced in writing as its own step before it starts. Nothing is added to the bill without your sign-off.
Website maintenance questions
Site Care Basic is RM 3,420 a year, and Site Care Pro is RM 5,820 a year. Each is billed once a year, with no monthly fees. Hosting from Unsurmeta is extra, from RM 840 a year.
A WordPress site Unsurmeta did not build can join once the plugins and themes used by the site have been verified by Unsurmeta.
Site Care covers WordPress only, because the monitoring, backup, and security tools behind it are built for WordPress, and Unsurmeta builds on WordPress by default. The care work also follows Unsurmeta’s own written processes for that one platform.
For a one-person web design agency, one platform known in depth keeps the work simple, the cost down, and every site easy to maintain. Problems are also found and fixed faster.
Your site gets the plugins and themes its brief needs, from the same set Unsurmeta uses on every client site. Each one is listed in your proposal. If you prefer a plugin or theme, tell Unsurmeta on the first call so it can be discussed.
No. The site and domain are yours from the handover, and the site keeps working without Site Care. You can run it yourself, use another provider, or add Site Care later.
Without Site Care, you renew the plugin and theme licences, the hosting, and the domain yourself. Your handover lists every licence with its provider, cost, and renewal date.
You choose. Keep your own hosting account, or ask Unsurmeta to host the site on a business-grade server in Singapore, from RM 840 a year. You can move to your own hosting account at any time, with no exit fee.
Most clients prefer one invoice a year over several monthly subscriptions. When Unsurmeta hosts the site, hosting and care are paid together, once a year. A single yearly invoice also means less admin, for Unsurmeta and for you.
No. Site Care keeps the site running, and your team makes the edits. Any edit you want done for you is priced per request, in writing, before it starts.
Monitoring flags it, and the cause is checked. Most outages start at the host. If Unsurmeta hosts the site, the host is contacted to bring it back. If you host it, you are told what failed so your host can fix it. If the site itself is at fault, it is restored from the latest backup. A restore needs FTP or SFTP and database access to your host, collected when care starts.
Yes. Cancel before the renewal date and the plan stops there, with no exit fee. If you cancel part way through the year, care continues until the end of the year you paid for.
The site and domain stay yours either way. From then on, the plugin and theme licences are yours to renew.
Not for long, because a plugin or theme update that takes the site offline is rolled back automatically. A restore point is saved before each update, and the site is checked for downtime and errors straight after. Every update shows in the monthly report.
